South Shore Brewery, established in May 1995 in Ashland, Wisconsin, is one of northern Wisconsin’s pioneering craft microbreweries with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. Operating out of both its original brewpub and pilot brewery in Ashland and a larger production facility in nearby Washburn, the brewery combines traditional brewing techniques with a focus on locally sourced ingredients and creative flavors.
